Nimbus 550 V2 Kit (Without Blades)

The Nimbus 550 V2 is the latest Nimbus variant from XL Power RC. It offers a newly redesigned battery tray capable of accepting batteries up to 8S. It offers a different tail design, similar to the nitro model, which increase tail performance.

This kit is built for pilots who want to fly as much as possible without having to constantly do maintenance.

Features:

• Full size servo mounts, optional parts are available for those who prefer to run mini servos instead. 
• Pre-painted, highly visible canopy.
• New upper swash plate that removes unequal cyclic and collective differential travel.
• Longer outer swash plate balls are also included to improve servo to swash plate geometry. When combined with the new upper swash plate, this keeps the same 1:1 ratio proven on the existing Nimbus Nitro.
• The airframe core consists of a single piece 7075 aluminum bearing block assembly and servo mount, which provides rigidity to the frame and drivetrain.
• The cyclic servos are arranged in a 120-degree layout for optimal geometry.
• Two one-way bearings on the main hub to ensure reliability even under extreme flight conditions.
• Redesigned lower frame, which increases room allowing for the use of a larger battery, up to 8s extending flight times.
• WC tail and hidden tail servo, this new tail design improves tail performance (similar to the nitro model).
• Wire guide included for better wire management.
• Third bearing block and metal servo horns included.
